We are very pleased to welcome you to Mass at Resurrection.
Our regular Mass and Reconciliation schedule is now being followed.
We are also have a Communion Service in the parking lot at 10:20 AM on Sundays. You will listen to the service on your cell phone and remain in your car the entire time. The expectation is that you will worship at home with a livestreamed Mass either before or after you receive the Eucharist. When you arrive, you will receive the phone number and meeting ID to call to listen to the service. Ushers will be there to help you with any questions.
Please register for weekend Mass here so we can plan for extra seating ahead of time as the number of people returning to Mass increases.
Sign in (or check off your name if you registered) when you arrive for Mass at the table in the Gathering Space so we can contact you should we have have a positive Covid case at Resurrection. Take a bulletin with the prayers, readings, and songs for today's Mass.
We know many will choose not to return to Mass at this time because of the pandemic. The AOD affirmed that Catholics are not obligated to attend Mass until March 13. Those over 65 years old, especially if they have an underlying illness or are caring for someone who is at risk, are encouraged to stay home. Anyone with active symptoms of Covid-19 and those who have been exposed to Covid-19 should NOT attend Mass.
Modifications to the Mass and Worship Space: We have removed some of the chairs to maintain 6 feet social distancing. Household members are welcome to sit together but we will otherwise be practicing social distancing at all times. Masks will be required, and hand sanitizer must be used as you enter the building and prior to receiving Communion. The cup will not be offered at this time and we ask that you receive the Eucharist in your hands. There will be no sign of peace or holding hands for the Our Father. No collection basket will be passed but there will be a basket for donations on the baptismal font. Masks must be worn until your exit the building. Participants will be asked to follow the directions of the ushers and lectors to ensure the safety of Fr Tom, Fr John, Deacon Paul, and all who are present.
