Breakfast in Bethlehem
Our Advent all parish event last Saturday prepared us to experience all the wonders of the Advent season and Christmas. A delicious breakfast with many homemade egg dishes and baked goods started off the morning. Next the adults and teens listened to guided meditations on the Mary and Joseph's joyful experience of the time leading up to Jesus' birth while the children heard the Christmas story. The morning ended with a wonderful Nativity play presented by our children including a visit from St Nicholas who presented the children's gifts to baby Jesus. Thank you to all our young actors and everyone who assisted in making the morning a special experience for us all.
